艾美捷细胞计数试剂盒-8（CCK-8）原理：

使用四氮唑盐WST-8（2-（2-甲氧基-4-硝基苯基）-3-（4-硝基苯基）-5-（2,4-二磺基苯基）-2H-四氮唑单钠盐），其在电子载体1-甲氧基-PMS存在下生化还原时产生高度水溶性的甲氮染料。细胞中脱氢酶产生的黄色甲赞染料的量与培养基中活细胞的数量成正比。

细胞计数试剂盒-8（CCK-8）是一种比色测定试剂盒，用于测量细胞增殖和细胞毒性。它是一种不需要放射性同位素且与[3H]-胸苷掺入试验相关的即用溶液。它可以直接添加到细胞培养基中，用于快速、高通量筛选，而无需增溶过程，从而获得高度重复和准确的结果。CCK-8显示出比MTT、MTS或WST-1更高的灵敏度和稳定性。
