Special: full welded ball valve, valve lining welding machine, automatic welding machine gate valve surfacing welding plane, butterfly valve sealing surface surfacing welding plane, the spiral pipe welding machine, tank welding machine, arm excavator beam welding machine, cement grinding spherical surfacing, taper pipe joint automatic robot system, ａnd so on more than 50 products.字型操作机通常由立柱（包括提升机构、滑座部件、防坠保险装置有配重部件）、横梁（包括齿条及横梁驱动部件）、电动/手动回转机构、气动/手动回转锁紧机构等部件组成。
立柱、横梁采用十优质矩型管与45号方型钢焊接而成，并按照退火生产工艺进行退火处理消除焊接内应力。
横梁水平移动采用安装在滑动支座架上交流电机驱动，齿轮齿条传动，速度无级可调；焊接操作架的横梁具有足够的刚性、强度和精度。
