Bioethanol fuel has been used for a long time in the world. The process by fermentation of wheat廾 ａnd corn is comparatively mature. And the research of utilization of plant straw is becoming more popular. Clean energy, efficient, low pollution ａnd new energy becomes a national strategy. Improving ａnd intervening the technology of materials ａnd strains used in biomass fuel by biotechnology can increase the utilization ａnd conversion rate. Effectively solving the problems of high production cost ａnd low utilization rate.
Effects are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
(1) Yeast quantity ａnd quality improved in the process of yeast culture. One tank of yeast can be used 8 or more times. Use of dry yeast decreased by 50%-70%.
(2) Fermentation velocity increased.
(3) Volatile acid ａnd acidity decreased. Create a good fermentation environment for alcohol production. Reduce the risk of bacteria infection.
(4) Residual total sugar ａnd reducing sugar decreased in mature mash. Alcohol content increased obviously.
(5) Significantly increase the benefit of enterprise.
Application directions
(1) This is a liquid preparation.  Recommended dosage is 0.02-0.04kg/t raw material. The optimum dosage is determined by real test.
(2) Use as soon as possible after opening in case of inactivation.
(3) Use conditions: pH: 4.0-5.5, temperature: 30 -55℃.
