 应用：氯硝柳胺是一种杀鳗剂（Iampricide），也是一种灭螺剂（molluscicide）， 它也用于商业养鱼溏，可以在鱼溏换新水之前杀死和清除不想要的鱼. 氯硝柳胺对于鱼类毒性很大，但在水中只有很短的半衰期，使用这种杀鱼剂之后只需要过几天就可以放入新鱼。

药剂说明

功能主治： 本品口服不易吸收，在肠中保持高浓度，可杀死绦虫的头节和近段，临床上用以驱除牛肉绦虫、猪肉绦虫和短膜壳绦虫，效力比槟榔、南瓜子显著。又用作灭螺剂，在百万分之0.2～0.5的浓度时，能杀灭钉螺及血吸虫尾蚴、毛蚴，用量为体表面积1g/m2。 本品对温血动物及植物无害，唯对鱼类有毒。本品还可制成涂敷剂，用于下水前涂于皮肤以预防急性血吸虫感染和稻田皮炎。

用法用量： （1）抗牛绦虫及猪绦虫口服（宜嚼碎吞服），1次1g，隔1小时1次，共2次。 （2）抗短膜壳绦虫第1日一次1g，隔1小时1次，共2次，第2日起1次1g，连服6～8日。 （3）宜在早晨空腹服用服药时，应将药片充分咬碎后吞下，并应尽量少喝水，使药物能在十二指肠上部达到较高浓度。第2次服药后2小时需服硫酸镁导泻。

不良反应： 头晕、胸闷、胸痛、乏力、胃肠不适、发热、搔痒等。

注意事项： （1）有轻微头晕、胸闷、腹部不适或腹痛、发热、瘙痒等。 （2）可与甲氧氯普胺（灭吐灵）合服，以防止节片被消化散出的虫卵因呕吐逆流入胃及十二指肠而引起囊虫病。
