Der PCM Signalmonitor dient der überwachung der beiden PCM Verbindungen eines PCM Systems erster Ordnung. Es ist zum Test von 30/31- Kanal PCM Systemen nach CCIT ausgelegt. Verschiedene Ebenen mit unterschiedlichen Kodes werden untersucht. Das Ger？t besitzt zwei identische Eing？nge zur überwachung und Messung der relevanten Parameter. Die Bit- Rate betr？gt nach CCIT G.703 2048 kbit/s 100ppm. Zur akustischen überwachung des Telephonkanals ist ein Lautsprecher eingebaut.
