Tubular Impact Tester Ref 807

This instrument allows both the failure point to be measured and a classification of the sample as described in ISO 6272.

It can be used with paints, varnishes, plastic coatings, laminations and sheet material. A rotating sample clamp securely holds the test piece, whilst the depth of impact can be adjusted via a graduated ring. In the interests of safety a protective sleeve surrounds the point of impact.
