LDA型电动单梁起重机是在“LD”的基础上进行设计改进的,较“LD型”具 有结构合理,整机刚性强的特点。本系列起重机所配电动葫芦有两种型号:CD1型,起升速度8m/min;MD1型为双葫芦,起升速度为8m/min和0.8m/min,是一种轻小型的起重机机械,其起重量为1t-10t。跨度为7.5-22.5m,工作级别为A3-A5,工作环境温度为-25-40oC。
本系列起重机适用于金工车间,装配车间,维修车间和各类仓库及其它场合,也可用于冶金,铸造车间作辅助吊运.考虑防风,防雨要求并改进设计后,也可用于露天场合.本系列起重机均使用三相380V,50Hz电源.
本系列起重机不太适合以下工作环境.
A,有爆炸危险和火灾危险的环境.
B,相对湿度大于85%的场所和充满腐蚀性气体的环境
C,吊运熔化金属,有毒产品和易燃易爆物品.
本产品设有地面和操作室两种操作形式。 操纵室有开式、闭式两种,可根据实际情况分为左或右面安装两种形式,入门方向有侧面及端面两种,以满足用户在各种不同需要的情况下进行选择。
LDA electric single beam crane
LDA type electric single beam crane is designed and improved on the basis of "LD". Compared with "LD", it has the characteristics of reasonable structure and strong rigidity of the whole machine. This series of cranes are equipped with two types of electric hoist: CD1 type, lifting speed of 8m/min; MD1 type for double hoist, lifting speed of 8m/min and 0.8m/min, is a light and small crane machinery, its lifting weight is 1t-10t. The span is 7.5-22.5m, the work grade is A3-A5, and the working environment temperature is -25-40oC.
This series of crane is suitable for metalworking workshop, assembly workshop, workshop and warehouse and other places, but also can be used for metallurgy, as auxiliary hoisting foundry. Considering the wind, rain and improved design, also can be used in outdoor occasions. This series of crane use three phase 380V, 50Hz power supply.
This series of cranes is not suitable for the following working conditions
A, explosive and dangerous fire conditions
B, places where relative humidity is greater than 85% and corrosive gas conditions
C transport of molten metals, toxic products and flammable and explosive materials
This product has two operating modes: ground and operating room. There are two types of control room, closed type, according to the actual situation can be divided into the left or right of the installation of two forms, the introduction of the direction of the side and end of two kinds, to meet the needs of users in a variety of circumstances to choose.
