科莱恩荧光增白剂KSN是以高浓缩的添加方式，应用在塑胶和聚酯光纤的光学增白剂。

热稳定性适合于塑胶和化纤聚合物的加工处理

用   途: 
KSN非常适合于处理合成高聚合体过程中的增白，如应用在薄膜、注入成型、压缩成型、化纤、硬毛和彩色蜡毛的染色。其使用方法类似于颜料、塑胶添加剂或化纤添加剂。

使用方法: 
在彩色塑胶中添加量为20-300ppm。 
透明塑料通常的添加量低于5-20ppm就已经足够。 
热塑性PVC用量是100ppm，硬PVC为500ppm。 
聚酯纤维平均使用量为100-250ppm。 
该产品可以在酯交换反应期间或者缩聚反应及混合复配的时间添加，它也可以以增亮母粒的加工形式加入到塑料和纤维，因此增亮母粒的添加量在0.5-20%。

To use:

KSN is well suited for whitening processes in the synthesis of high polymers, such as film, injection molding, compression molding, chemical fiber, bristles, ａnd dyeing of colored waxes. Its use method is similar to pigment, plastic additive or chemical fiber additive.

Usage:

Add 20 to 300ppm of colored plastic.

Transparent plastics are usually added in quantities less than 5 to 20ppm.

Thermoplastic PVC maximum consumption is 100ppm, hard PVC for 500ppm.

The average usage of polyester fiber is 100-250ppm.

The product can be added during ester exchange reaction or condensation polymerization ａnd mixing ａnd compounding. It can also be added to plastics ａnd fibers in the form of brightening masterbatch processing. Therefore, the amount of brightening masterbatch is 0.5-20%.
