打开仪器包装，取出机子，把电极输出线插好，接通电源，预热15分钟，再把塑料试模拿出，把和好的水泥（按说明配比）铺在塑料试模里厚约2厘米，把焊有导线的7mm×100mm两头焊封蜡，每头封蜡5mm的钢筋2根放在试模中，两根钢筋间距40mm，把甘汞电极用支架架起，在其中一根钢筋中间部位，正上方离钢筋1mm以内但不要让它接触，然后用双色夹子夹住在电极下面，钢筋的导线，做为研究，电红色夹子夹另一根钢筋的导线，做为辅助电极，另一根黑色夹子，夹住甘汞电极，做为参比电极。
