（一）试验步骤

1、将量钵内壁用湿布擦净，拌好的混凝土拌合物均匀适量地装入量钵内（混凝土骨料粒径大于40mm时，用湿筛法筛除），用振动台振实。振动台的频率、振幅和振动时间按各部颁布的试验规程中的规定进行，如混凝土采用人工捣实，可将拌合物分两层装料每层插捣25次。

2、刮去表面多余的混凝土拌合物，用抹刀抹平，并使表面光滑无气泡。

3、擦净量钵法兰顶面，将上盖盖上，上盖与量钵是靠法兰外园面定位，因此，两面要平齐。，再旋[ 紧固手柄 ] （操作时，应逐个螺栓轮换逐次旋紧，后4个螺栓全部旋紧）。

4、关闭[ 微调阀 ]打开和，由铜弯管向量钵注水，直到量钵所有空气从[ 排水排气阀 ]赶出直到出水为止。关闭[ 注水排水阀 ][ 排水排气阀 ]。
