定期检查机器的密封情况，发现有漏浆处及时检查密封的质量。

2、  经常检查铲片的坚固情况，如有松动应及时拧紧。

3、  经常检查电器控制系统是否接触良好和干燥。

4、  搅拌机经常期使用后，铲片与搅拌筒要磨损，根据磨损情况进行调整或更换。

5、  在搅拌过程中切勿将于和棒状物插入筒内以免发生危险。
