1、调整：本机出厂前已将搅拌叶片与搅拌锅之间的工作间隙调整到   2±1mm。时间继电器也已调整到工作程序要求，经试车后或维修时确需调整时方法如下：

⑴搅拌叶片与搅拌锅之间的工作间隙，使用间隙测量针测量，若超过2±1mm，可松开调整螺母12旋转，叶片14已调整叶片与锅曲面部分的间隙，合格后再拧紧调整螺母12，或松开电机与立柱16，减速箱的法兰与电动机1联接的螺钉，以调整叶片与锅直线部分的间隙，合格后再拧紧螺钉。

⑵若超过所规定的时间误差，可调整超级时间继电器之旋盖直至准确。
