1、箱体内安防平稳后，首先检查电器部分有无元件损坏。线路是否接触良好。按线路图接好线。

2、按线路图接电源，接通后检查。

恒温控制器外壳和箱体绝缘性能经检查无异后方可进行升温养生工作

3、开箱加水至水位标准线（标准线至箱底60毫米）约30公斤。

4、试体成型后，常温存放7小时，观察接近终凝视，随同试模仪器放入箱内篦子上。（根据水泥厂分不同，应自行注意观察，接近终凝时间）。

盖好箱盖，根据各厂水泥成分不同，调整控温旋转至所需位置。

5、打开开关绿灯亮表示开始升温，红灯亮表示恒温开始，即养护工作开始调整时间案件至所需时间。

6、放水取出试模，放置常温处（短时间继续使用可暂时不防水）。

7、到试体恢复常温时，拆开试模，取出试体，即可进行抗折，抗压实验。

8、箱内放水后应清洗保持干净。
