现场安装
 

（1）加载设施：载有铁块或集料等重物、后轴重不小于60kN的载重汽车辆。在汽车大梁的后轴之后约80cm处，附设加劲小梁根作反力架。汽车轮胎充气压力为0.50MPa。

（2）现场测试装置，如图6-9所示由千斤顶、测力计（测力环或压力表）及球座组成。

（3）刚性承载板块，板厚20mm，直径为Φ30cm，直径两端设有立柱和可以调整高度的支座供安放弯沉仪测头，承载板放在土基表面上。

（4）路面弯沉仪两台，由贝克曼梁、百分表及其支架组成。

（5）液压千斤顶台，100kN，装有经过标定的测力环，其容量不小于土基强度，测定精度不小于测力计量程的1/100。

四、质保期间

质保年，质保期内，本厂免费对设备及配件进行维修；因不可抗拒力(如水灾、火灾、地震、雷击、电压异常或人为)造成的损坏不在保修之列。
