本仪器由杠杆，后杠杆、底座、百分表、支架等组成。使用杠杆、后杠杆用四只M12的螺栓链接，不用时将螺栓卸下，后杠杆分开装入箱内，后杠杆与支架座相连，灵敏度差等缺点，并加有防尘盖，防止落入灰尘和雨水的浸入，加有足够的润滑油脂，底座上装有调平螺栓和水平装置，调整方法，百分表支架上有表夹，可根据测量时的高度进行调整，每台仪器上配0-10毫米精度百分表只。
