排气

液压系统组装好后，储油桶、油管及液压缸中常混有空气，为使液压系统正常，这些空气需要排掉。方法是，将手动泵放在比液压缸稍高的地方，压动手动泵，使液压油缸活塞伸出，再打开卸荷阀，使活塞缩回，连续几次即可。必要时可打开注油阀，排除储油桶内空气。
