charateristics of the machine :
1.this kind of machine is a machine with multiple functions ,it is suitable for two-layer or three-layer molds.
2.Double power,double oil pumps ,double motors and double oil coolers are applied for the two axles to work independtly.
3.The oil system is unique in design with good stability ,faster lift-upand lift-down speed compared with other brangs when unloading/loading mold.
4.With the function of slow speed alignment adjusting,the adjustment is more precise and safe .
5.The accurate placement of the loading/unloading mold has the 100℅ placement safety design ,protecting the mold from being damaged.
6.The speed of mold raising and closing can be adjusted accurately and safely.

设备的检验
出厂前不少于84小时连续负载测试
全功能电脑自动监测、远端监控、中央集中控制系统，使维护保养在举手间完成。专业设计输出接点保护,并加装电源供应器使PLC接点工作在DC5V电压，确保控制系统寿命特长。数显温控采日本欧姆龙知名品牌,运算温度精确,并拥有精确预热功能。
设备的试验标准
机器采用世界先进UG软件及PRO-E3D学分析辅助设计，一体铸造成型得出高
刚性、结构精密、寿命长达Zui佳化设
采油鎗深加工，加厚热板并经渗碳热处理，运用热流原理，得出高精度且温度
分平均之Zui佳化设计
利用电脑CNC加工以确保设计Zui佳之精度
机台平整度，Zui高可达0.02mm精度
温度自动记录曲线，温度控制为连续显示，产品品质更为提升，从而使温度控制在±2℃,程序具备一周预热功能。
精密的加工设备及检测设备
先进的检测设备如：精密龙门铣、精密卧式铣床、精密卧式镗床、龙门铣床、卧式强力铣床、摇臂钻床、数控加工中心、数控加工中心，等对零件精度进行严格检查。另本厂并拥有完善的检测、检验设备，如瑞士三坐标、Wan能工具显微镜、硬度计、投影仪、硬度仪、探伤仪等测量仪。
