GranuCult® plus LB agar (MILLER) formulation supports the growth of E. coli. Casein peptone ａnd yeast extracts supply essential growth factors, such as nitrogen, carbon, sulfur, minerals, ａnd vitamins. Sodium chloride is a source of essential electrolytes ａnd maintains osmotic equilibrium. Agar is a solidifying agent.
