Plate-Count-Agar is recommended for the plate ｃount of microorganisms in food, dairy products, water ａnd waste water. The formulation is compliant ａnd recommended by APHA, FDA, GB ａnd ISO committee.
制备说明
Suspend 23.5 g in 1 litre distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 min.
