应用
EC 0157:H7 HiCrome™ 增菌肉汤（基础）建议用于通过显色法分离和选择性鉴别食物和环境样品中的大肠杆菌 0157:H7。
制备说明
Suspend 11.4 g in 495 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50°C ａnd aseptically add the contents of 1 vial of EC 0157:H7 ChromoSelect Selective Supplement I (Cat. No. 80331) to the medium. Mix well ａnd pour into sterile test tubes.

The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
