说明
应用
营养明胶推荐用于测定明胶液化微生物，也可用于通过平板计数试验进行蛋白质水解生物的计数。
制备说明
取128 g溶于1L蒸馏水中。煮沸至完全溶解。121°C高压灭菌15分钟。在分装混合均匀，然后冷却至20°C以下，或放置在冰箱中。
其他说明
通过细菌的明胶液化[1][2]
